We arrange and assign personal care assistants to assist seniors with activities of daily living, companionship, and daily routines to extend and enhance living at home in a stress-free environment. We provide these specialized care services on an hourly, shift, or continual basis. At Dominion Home Care, we go the extra mile to ensure that we met our clients’ needs with our personalized care. Dominion Home Care Services LLC is a company built on a solid foundation. Our personal care assistants are thoroughly screened for their credentials, professionalism, experience, compassion, and integrity. Seniors today desire to stay in their own homes as they age but may have some concerns with safety, mobility, Alzheimer’s/Dementia, companionship, and may require assistance with ADL’s (bathing, grooming, dressing) and help with daily chores.

Biography of Owner

DeAnna
deAnna V. Nelson

Director of Operations – deanna@dominionhomecareservices.com

deAnna is a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant certified in Administration and Management with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). She presents with over 20 years of experience working with children, the IDD population, and the elderly. She has managed and supervised residential group homes for the past 15 years for leading companies in the Intermediate Care Facility (ICF/IDD) community. In 2014, she became the Common Law Employer, to supervise and provide home care for her father, until his demise in 2018. She is truly passionate when it comes to taking care of the aging population and individuals with Special Needs.
